Need your order in hand as soon as it's ready? Customer Pick Up is a convenient option that allows you to collect your order directly from our facility rather than having it shipped.
When placing your order, simply select Customer Pick Up as the delivery method during checkout. Once your order has completed production, you'll receive a notification letting you know it's ready to be picked up.
Before heading our way, be sure to have your order number available. This helps our team locate your order quickly and ensures a smooth pickup experience.

Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time.
For your convenience, we have two dedicated customer parking spaces located directly in front of our building. When you arrive, you can choose the pickup option that works best for you. Feel free to call, text, or come inside to retrieve your order.
What to Expect
If you opt to come inside, ring the doorbell for entry. A member of our team will greet you at the front desk. Simply provide your order number and company name, and we'll retrieve your order and sign it out.
If you opt to call or text with your order number and company name, a member of our team will respond, retrieve your order, and bring it out to your car.
