Placing Your Order

Do not place your order until you receive our confirmation email that your envelopes have arrived. Once you receive that email, you can submit your order through the portal.

Locate the Item Code that matches the description of your envelope below.

Enter the code in the search box on the main ordering page.

Include a clear description of the envelopes in the Customer Service Request field during checkout so we can match incoming stock correctly.

Once your order has been submitted, reply to the confirmation email with your PrintsWell order number. Any unused envelopes will be returned with your completed order.

Restrictions

  • Envelope liner assembly is not available for customer-provided envelopes.
  • Stock that is comparable to any envelope we currently carry will be returned.
  • Envelope sizes that are not listed in the supported envelope code chart will not be accepted.
