Turnaround time is the amount of time it takes for your order to ship. Production begins the next business day after your order is submitted. You’ll be able to see the estimated turnaround time for your order during the checkout process. Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping time. We offer both Standard Order Processing and Rush Order Processing.
Some products are take longer to produce than others. We've listed product specific exceptions below.Standard Order Processing
All orders can be placed with Standard Order Processing.
- Standard orders typically have a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.
- In November and December, please plan for 1-2 additional business days for turnaround time of standard orders.
You can see the most accurate processing time for your specific order on the checkout screen when placing your order.
Rush Order Processing
We also offer Rush Production for most orders. For additional information, head on over to our Rush Production article.
Product Specific Exemptions
The following products require additional production time and can fall outside of our typical turnaround time. Double Thick products and Custom Foil Printed Products cannot be rushed.
- Double Thick products can take an additional 1-2 business days.
- Envelope Liner Assembly can take an additional 1-2 business days.
- Orders with over 25 sets of products can take an additional 1-2 business days.
- Custom Foil Printing turnaround time is 3-5 business days with a new die or 2-3 business days with an existing die.
