What Is Blind Drop Shipping?

Drop shipping is when a third party, like PrintsWell, ships an order directly to your customer on your behalf.

We call it blind drop shipping because there is no pricing information or mention of PrintsWell included in or on the package. From your customer’s perspective, the order appears to come directly from you.

All PrintsWell shipments are sent blind, and invoices are delivered electronically instead of being included in the package.

Orders are set to ship to the address listed on your account by default. Whenever you’d like an order sent directly to your customer, simply select "Custom ShipTo:" in the ordering portal and enter your customer’s shipping address during checkout. 

If you choose to add branded packaging, the order can also include your marketing materials, such as stickers or a drop-in card, so the package reflects your brand when it arrives. To learn more about branded packaging, check out this article.
