White ink printing creates a striking, high-contrast finish on vellum, color stock and richly colored envelopes. To achieve the best results, files must be prepared correctly before submission.

White Ink File Setup
File setup for printing white ink on color stock and for printing white ink on envelopes is the same process. Your file will need to be submitted as a print-ready PDF as described in the standard File Setup Guide or Envelope File Setup Guide, with the following additions:
- All text and artwork must be in 100% Black (0, 0, 0, 100)
- Files must have a transparent or completely white background (0, 0, 0, 0)
- Convert all text to outlines to ensure proper printing
- For thin serif fonts, use a minimum 0.25pt stroke for best results.
