What Can You Order as a Flat Card?
Flat cards are flat, non-folded printed pieces. They can be printed on cover weight papers for thicker cards or text weight papers for lighter paper pieces, such as letterhead.

Custom Flat Card Sizes
We offer flat cards in almost any size in 1/8 (0.125) inch increments, up to a maximum size of 11"x17".

Paper Options
Flat cards can be printed on all available paper types. This includes thicker cover weight papers, lighter text weight papers, specialty papers, and colored papers.
The best paper choice depends on what you are ordering. For example, an invitation or art print may work best on a heavier paper, while letterhead is typically ordered on text weight paper.
Minimum Quantities
Minimum quantities may vary depending on the size, paper, and product options selected. Once you select your flat card options, the available quantity options will appear in the ordering menu.
Adding Die Cuts
Die cuts can be added to select flat card sizes and paper types. If die cutting is available for the size and paper you selected, you will be able to choose from the available die cut options when placing your order. For more information, see our Die Cut Cards article.
Foil Stamped Flat Cards
