Ordering Custom Sized Cards

You can order custom sized flat and folded paper products up to a maximum size of 11" x 17". Some product type and paper restrictions apply. Check out our Custom Products article [link] for more information.

Ordering a Custom Size

To order a custom sized product:

1. Select the main product category from the ordering dropdown.
2. Choose your product options.
3. If custom sizes are available for that product type, you will see an Enter Size Manually option next to the Size dropdown.
4. Enter your finished size dimensions.
5. Continue selecting the rest of your product options as usual.

Once your main product options have been selected, the available product will appear. For true custom sized products, the product description will say Custom Size Only.

You can order as few as one custom sized item.

Immediate Pricing

Our system calculates the price based on the custom dimensions you enter, so there is no need to email us for a quote before ordering.

Custom Folded Cards

If you are ordering a folded card with custom score locations, please include the score location in your order notes.

Score locations should be listed from the left edge of the final cut size. You will also need to specify whether the card should be:

• Scored horizontally: scored across the width of the card
• Scored vertically: scored from the top to the bottom of the card

Product Availability

Some products and paper options are not available in custom sizes. If custom sizing is available for a product, the Enter Size Manually option will appear when placing your order.

Custom sized products may require additional processing time depending on the product type, paper, quantity, and finishing options selected.

File Setup

Your print file should be set up to match the custom size you are ordering. For help setting up your file, please refer to our file setup articles before placing your order.
