How to Calculate Pricing from the Chart

To calculate your total cost:

1. Locate the price per piece on the pricing chart.

2. Add the flat setup fee per set. (This can be found on the Pricing Page.)

Simply use the following formula: (Quantity x Per Piece Price) + Setup Fee = Total Cost of Item. 

Minimum quantities may vary per item.
